Sandeep Laroia MD
Founder and President
Dr. Laroia has more than twenty-five years of healthcare industry experience specifically in image guided medical procedures. As one of very few dual board-certified physicians in Radiology and Internal Medicine, he understands all the aspects of the complex medical procedures, which allows him to innovate safe, reliable, and cost-effective biomedical technologies.

Fatima Toor Ph.D.
Vice President
Dr. Toor obtained her Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Princeton University and currently Directs an optics and photonics lab at the University of Iowa (UI). Prior to UI, she was a Research Analyst at a multinational firm advising large corporations on technologies and startup companies to invest in to build their innovation pipeline. Her role at JLS involves overseeing business development and coordinating the research teams. Dr. Toor is experienced in establishing successful startups, patent navigation, and marshalling financial resources.
